Pumpkin Caramel Sauce

Buttery, creamy gooey and with a fall upgrade. This pumpkin caramel sauce is the perfect topping for fall treats.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 1/3 tsp coconut oil
  • 4 Tbsp cashew butter
  • 4 Tbsp pumpkin puree

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and heat over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil whisking constantly.
  3. Once the sauce comes to a boil, whisk for one minute as it thickens.
  4. Remove from heat. Use immediately or store until ready to use.

Notes

If the sauce becomes too thick, add a bit of warm water to thin.
