This meal plan was created with nourishing your little ones in mind. Each time you feed your child is an opportunity to nourish them, to build up their nutrient stores, to prevent deficiencies and to strengthen their immune systems. We all want that, right?
This book contains a 10-day meal planner that will map out healthy, whole food breakfasts, packed lunches and dinners. Oh and bonus!… After school snack ideas are also included. I didn’t stop there. You will also find recipes and grocery shopping lists to make your lives even easier.
I should point out that the meal plan and recipes are mainly plant based, but are easily adaptable. I like to promote flexible eating, encouraging plant based whenever possible but realizing that indiviuals have tastes and preferences to include dairy, meat, etc. as well. It’s almost entirely gluten and dairy free, BUT I have included a section on ingredient swaps if you’d rather stick with your usual style of eating. And in case you are wondering, you will find recipes for energy bites, overnight oats, pastas, tray bakes, curries, taco bowls and more!
